To run the Norwegian branch office and develop further the business within the intralogistics sector, we are searching for a new Country Manager.
Your main task is primarily to handle the WRH marketing and sales and secondarily to lead the day-to-day operational aftersales business. The Country Manager acquires new key accounts and strategic commercial partners particularly in the fast moving consumer goods industries, logistical services and (online-) retail, as well as, keeping loyalty with existing customers in the printed media through excellent relationship management.
This is a highly operative position and you’re responsible for planning and executing all national sales activities within different business sectors. Furthermore you will be in charge of a small team which is responsible of the aftersales order handling, the finances and admin tasks. You’ll collaborate with HQ to prepare sales offerings, and report to your manager in Switzerland.
To be successful in this position, you need to have a strong commercial attitude but also a technical understanding. You will advise customers in regards to the right product and solution, and you must be comfortable with negotiations on all levels. The following skills and competencies are required:
