Barbara is an HR Consultant with many years of experience gained in large multinational organizations. Most of her career (16 years) she worked as an HR Manager in an automotive American corporation (Federal Mogul) and 4 years in British - Dutch FMCG (Unilever). Proven track record of both operational and strategic delivery. More than 20 years of recruitment developed a relevant expertise in identification, assessment and selection.
