Lidia Głowacka-Michejda studied psychology and foreign languages in Poznan (Poland).
She started her career in 1983 as a psychologist and psychotherapist in Poznań Academy of Medicine. She gained her clinical experience in French hospitals where she spent more than 2 years. Within the years 1993-1997 she worked as an English teacher and translator for the Polish Scientific Editor (PWN) and Kurpisz Editing House. From 1997-2005, she was an owner of a private Educational Center specializing in teaching for companies. Her business experience encompasses marketing, human resources and general management. Lidia speaks Polish (native), English, French, Russian and Spanish.
