Digital Sourcing is a worldwide cosmetics company, founded in 2010 with headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. The company’s products are sold to more than 130 countries – primarily through global e-commerce. The products are skin care and cosmetics, which are produced in Europe and Asia and developed by leading experts creating their own unique formulations.

One year ago, Digital Sourcing initiated a project targeting the B-2-B market (drug stores, department stores, supermarkets etc.). Despite the reactive approach, a considerable revenue source was generated.

As a natural consequence the company has decided to expand this sales channel in a more proactive and dedicated direction. Therefore, Digital Sourcing is searching for a strong and proactive Sales Manager for the DACH B2B market. In the future, the candidate will also be responsible for other relevant export markets.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO, the responsibilities are:

  • Building the B-2-B market in the DACH market
  • Ensure strong presence in the market – through close communication with current and potential retailers
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Negotiating and closing deals with major retailers
  • Communicating sales, pipeline, opportunities, challenges etc. with management in a timely and precise manner
  • Actively expand the business to other export countries when the market has reached a satisfied level

Qualifications:

  • Experienced B-2-B sales person with a proven track record from the skin care / cosmetics industry
  • Established network with major retailers in the DACH market
  • Strong experience in strategic negotiations with B-2-B customers
  • Fluent in German and English
