If you choose to register in the CV database, you will receive a mail with a personal password, with secure access to your journal/file.

Quality measurement surveys
If you take part in our quality measurement survey, we may ask you to provide us with personal information, including your name, email address, views, and opinions. 

How we use personal information
SAM International uses your data and CV in connection with a SAM process and your CV may be passed on to a SAM client. If you upload your data and CV we use this information to match you against job openings, advertised or in a discreet search.
During a process with SAM, you may be asked to file a personality test and a cognitive test. These tests will only be used in connection with a specific process at SAM International in combination with the CV and a personal report produced by SAM. SAM is obliged not to pass on the “raw” personality and cognitive test to a third party, and to destroy the tests according to the law – “The Act on Processing of Personal Data”.

As part of the SAM quality assurance, you accept that SAM may contact reference persons approved by you and SAM. 

We will only use your information in accordance with this Policy, or where we are required or authorized by law to disclose your information to others or have your permission to do so.

Keeping information secure
We invest significant resources to protect your personal information, from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no internet-based site can be 100% secure and thus, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond our control.

If you register your CV in our database, please do keep your details up to date. You can do it by updating your journal via our website, using your personal password.

Keeping your records
We keep records for as long as required to provide the relevant service, and in accordance with legal, tax and accounting requirements. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner and, where required by applicable law we will notify you when such information has been disposed of.

Access rights
