I am an Executive Search, Recruitment professional and Business Leader with more than 25 years of experience in recruitment from international agencies and from an inhouse role in a Swiss bank.Currently I am working as a Managing Partner at SAM International in Switzerland,  specializing in executive search and talent acquisition across diverse sectors including banking, finance, IT, sales, and marketing.

Over the past 25 years, I have lead and participated in recruitment projects for SMEs to large global corporations in the sectors of finance & banking, sales & marketing, FMCG, tourism & hospitality, pharma & med tech, watchmaking, among others. My career reflects a consistent ability to build recruitment functions, lead strategic hiring initiatives, and mentor the next generation of HR professionals.

From my early days as an HR Manager in Denmark to my leadership roles in international recruitment consultancies and financial institutions, I has consistently demonstrated his ability to build recruitment functions from the ground up, design strategies for attracting top talent, and guide companies through periods of transformation. My professional journey includes shaping IT recruitment divisions, streamlining international hiring processes, and leading complex cross‑border search assignments. These experiences have not only enriched my technical expertise but also strengthened my ability to navigate multicultural business environments with confidence.
