With over 20 years of international leadership experience, I’ve held key executive roles in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and FMCG industries, including CEO, General Manager and Partner positions. I’ve worked at multinational corporations such as GSK and Abbott, as well as boutique executive search and consultancy firms in Switzerland and South-Eastern Europe. A key milestone in my career has been successfully leading organisations through transformation, growth and crisis—always with a focus on results and people.

My expertise spans general management, business development, executive search and outplacement. I’ve led cross-border teams, built new markets from scratch and managed P&Ls under demanding conditions. I have a deep knowledge of the life sciences sector and bring a strong understanding of people strategy, talent acquisition and leadership assessment. My entrepreneurial experience and board-level involvement allow me to support customers with a hands-on, pragmatic and cross-cultural approach.
