I closely monitor changes in business environments, including the energy sector’s transformation, green digital transition, challenges of modernizing industry, and public sector service structure reform. My expertise has been utilized in modeling systemic renewal across various industries.

My diverse leadership roles have shaped me into a generalist in growth company leadership and someone who understands the realities of everyday business. I have gained my experience as Business Development Director, HR Director, Service Director, Marketing and Communications Director, and I also work as a professional board member. My industry experience is particularly strong in the energy sector, manufacturing, and service business.
