Bent is one of the many experienced professionals at SAM, where he has been part of the team for nearly nine years. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and business development, he knows what it takes to create results through people – both on the bottom line and within the company culture.

He has personally been responsible for sales, marketing, leadership and change management in both large and mid-sized companies – as well as in the world of sports – and this shines through in his advisory work. Bent works strategically, with a hands-on approach that centers on a deep understanding of the client’s market and culture.

He is particularly experienced in the food industry, FMCG, retail, and sports and events – and is known for his ability to ask the kinds of questions that encourage both clients and candidates to reflect more deeply. Over his years at SAM, he has also gained extensive experience in the technical industry, where he has successfully handled many assignments. At SAM, Bent creates value by being more than just a recruitment partner – he’s a true teammate who understands the entire business and helps clients find the people who make a difference.

Outside of work, Bent is passionate about sports, the community and family life – especially time with his wife Susanne, their children, in-laws and grandchildren. The grandkids love weekends at their grandparents’ house or getting a ride to football during the week. Whether at home, playing padel with colleagues or meeting with clients – Bent is someone you can always count on.
