Our team

Boris brings a wealth of expertise from more than 25 years of diverse roles in finance, operations and project management, strategy and consulting in Slovakia and Austria. He started his career in Vienna working for Ernst & Young, later he moved to the insurance sector to VIG Vienna Insurance Group. As CFO at Credit Suisse Life & Pensions he was part of the success story when launching the pension business in Slovakia. The COO role at Union insurance company enabled a deep insight into health insurance, strategy planning, digitalisation and public affairs. An interesting enrichment to corporate world was the following experience from the municipal and governmental sector.

His expertise covers finance, operations, project management, digitalisation, retail networks, talent management, EU financing facilities, communication and public affairs. With his empathy he can understand the needs of clients and bring relevant advice and support.

In his free time, Boris is a passionate mountain biker during all four seasons, while in wintertime he loves alpine skiing. Traveling and photography bring him new inspiration again and again
