Tanja is our Head of Business Support and has been the core of our search department for six years. Her role is rarely in the spotlight but is always crucial. Her background includes professional experience in procurement and search, as well as a degree in International Business Development, making her a valuable team player across the entire company – from operational to strategic levels.
