Uffe is Group CFO at SAM International and the financial dialogue partner for both country managers, the partner group and the board of directors. With responsibility for financial management across nine business units, he is a central link in the organisation – and an indispensable support for those who deliver value to clients and candidates every day.

Uffe’s background as an auditor and several years of experience in finance functions within Danish manufacturing companies have given him a sharp analytical eye and a strong commercial compass. He ensures that we have valid data, transparency and the necessary financial foundation to run a strong international business.

He’s the youngest member at the Danish head office – known for his good humour, his calm composure and his ability to always be available with a quick answer or a helping hand. And if there’s chocolate spread for the breakfast bread, his mood will be at its absolute best.

Privately, Uffe is devoted to family life with his sons and wife, padel with friends, and trips to the summer house. At the office, we benefit from his collegial approach, clear structures and, not least, the fact that he ensures everything adds up.
