Our team

I am a seasoned international headhunter and HR consultant with over 35 years of experience in executive search, talent management, and HR solutions. Since 2011, I have been Managing Partner at my own project, where I overse operations in Spain and Latin America. From 2022 I started a co-operation with SAM in order to cover Spain and Portugal.

Earlier in my career, I spent 16 years as a Senior Management Consultant in a Swedish international consultancy company l, focusing on strategic HR consulting, business coaching, sales strategy, executive recruitment, and leadership development.

My expertise and  experience in the industrial sector covers particularly the chemical ( fragrances, ingredients, flavours, food ), the automotive and the building companies as well as various manufacturing organisations. My specialliity  in direct search for top talents in the market for roles such as: CEO, Board Member, BUM,  Plant Directors and Technicians. As a Psychologist expert in the companies, I have the ability to understand better the behaviour of the employees and the companies as well.

In my short free time, I´m involved with my family, and with my passion the tennis world.
