SAM International has more than 30 years of experience within headhunting, recruitment, business development, onboarding and outplacement in national as well as international companies.

Being an international company SAM International has departments in more than 12 countries in the EU. 600 assignments are solved on a yearly basis, either nationally or as cross-border assignments.

At SAM International, we live the vision “Value through people”. This means that we always strive towards achieving the best match possible between people and organisations by way of processes that create value to the participants.

SAM International employs 90 people, primarily headhunters/ consultants and researchers, all possessing a solid and very often, specialized background from a long time business experience. We are doing business and creating results through the entire employee life cycle:

Recruitment - Analyzing and finding the right people for the right job.
Onboarding - Working out structured onboarding programs.
Development - Working out efficient business and development plans in close contact with the company.
Outplacement - Helping employees to move on when terminating in the company.
