SAM Summer Convention 2016 - Focus on Cross Border Assignments

The first week in June, SAM International gathered all consultants and headhunters for a Summer Convention in the beautiful surroundings of Elsinore/ Helsingør, the hometown of Shakespeare’s Hamlet.

With participants from all SAM countries, the question was not at all to be or not to be, but how to improve our cross border competences.

During seminars and workshops, the main focus was kept on how we in SAM International can support our current and future clients even further. More and more clients realize the need for acting and aligning business across the borders, e.g. when starting up new regional companies or when searching for new employees having local roots.

Action plans were worked on, relationships across the borders were cemented – consultants and headhunters were glued together by personal contacts, strongly supported by our shared and borderless central CMS system and database.

Two splendid days along with fantastic colleagues – we are all so inspired and ready to work on new challenges and to strengthen our cross border competences.
